Have you tried chiropractic?
Chiropractic focuses on disorders of the nervous system and spine, and their effects on general health. Chiropractors primarily perform adjustments, or manipulations, to the spine or other parts of the body to correct alignment problems, alleviate pain, improve function, and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Chiropractors believe the spinal column can become stressed and strained due to physical overuse, disuse, or sudden injury. This can lead to imbalances in our nervous system, muscles, and blood supply, which can lead to pain, dysfunction, ill health, and eventual disease.
Chiropractic is widely recognized as one of the safest drug-free, noninvasive therapies available for the treatment of back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other musculoskeletal and nervous system complaints. You can feel better immediately because the adjustment restores mobility — alleviating pain and muscle tightness, and promoting natural healing.

Meet the Doctor and Staff
Lindsay Kopp, D.C.
Dr. Lindsay Kopp was born and raised in Gurnee, Illinois. Graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS in Exercise Science in 2015.
During Dr. Lindsay’s time as a Jayhawk, she went to Africa on a medical mission trip. This is where she fell in love with Chiropractic care. Seeing a young woman, hit by a car, walk for the first time in weeks, after receiving a few adjustments. Then experiencing the excitement and eagerness of teachers and children to receive chiropractic care for the first time in their lives.
The firsthand experience she received in Africa is what urged Dr. Lindsay to attend Cleveland University, Chiropractic and Health Sciences, in Overland Park Kansas. After graduation, Dr. Lindsay opened Bluebird Chiropractic.
Dr. Lindsay’s husband, David Kopp, accepted a position in Salt Lake City in February 2018. David, a Master Sergeant in the United States Army, has proudly served for 15 years, including tours to Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. Dr. Lindsay and David have settled nicely into their new home in the Sugarhouse area. With two dogs, Copper and Milly, they spend most of their free time being adventurous in the nearby mountains. Dr. Lindsay and David also have two cats, Myles and Jack. Dr. Lindsay and David welcomed their newest addition to the family, Emmitt, on December 13, 2019. You may also spot them around town enjoying a recreational sport with close friends such as slowpitch softball, indoor volleyball or dodgeball.
Dr. Lindsay's passion is for babies, young children and pregnant mommas. She is Webster certified. She loves adjusting babies with a safe and gentle technique because of the pure response from the baby. Also, she finds it very important that a pregnant momma takes care of herself. Chiropractic is a great holistic approach to help get through some of the growing pains of pregnancy.
Dr. Lindsay was a World Cup athlete for the U.S.A Women's National Baseball team. She pitched for the team during the 2010 World Cup games, in Venezuela, where the team earned a Bronze Medal. In 2015, she pitched for Team USA in the Dominican Republic where the team earned a Gold Medal. She played baseball growing up and was the first female athlete to play baseball for her high school. Dr. Lindsay has had her fair share of injuries and loves to provide relief to other athletes as well.
Dr. Milly (assistant)
Dr. Milly, a Golden Retriever, was born in Levan Utah on September 29, 2018. She joined the Kopp family on November 18, 2018. Dr. Milly stole the hearts of Dr. Lindsay and David. She is kind hearted and full of love. Dr. Milly is assisting Dr. Lindsay at Bluebird. She is there for some dog therapy and just to put a smile on your face.
Dr. Milly understands that some people aren't dog people. If this is the case she will stay to herself. Just inform Dr. Lindsay if you have any concerns with Dr. Milly in the office.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Dr. Lindsay is amazing. I was in a pretty bad car accident and she helped my body not only get back to where it was before the accident, but she had me feeling better than I had in years.
Dr. Lindsay is amazing. I received care from her for about a year until she relocated. I was having awful TMJ pain and frequent headaches. She was so thorough every single visit. She’s gental and her adjustments always made me feel 100% times better than when I had walked in. Thanks to her I do not have any more headaches and my TMJ pain is completely gone. Dr. Lindsay also helped me get back on track with eating healthy and living my best life! I wish she lived closer. 10/10 recommend!
Great location, extremely professional and welcoming environment. The best chiropractor on SLC!
